ICRA Nepal calls AGM on Poush 20: Company to Endorse 150% Bonus shares and 51.495% Cash dividend

ICRA Nepal has announced its AGM to be held on Poush 20, 2077, i.e.January 04, 2021.
The meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 16 has decided to conduct the AGM virtually. Thus, investors willing to participate will be provided with access credentials. Nonetheless, the AGM will be streamed live via the company's central office at Sunrise Bizpark in Dillibazar, Kathmandu.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 51.495% cash dividend worth Rs. 1,02,99,031.50 and 150% bonus shares worth Rs. 3 crores. This is the proposed dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.
