ICICI Bank Executive Director to address 'Power Talk'

KATHMANDU, Dec 15 :

K Ramumar, executive director of ICICI Bank and president of ICICI Foundation, is delivering his views at the ´Power Talk´ which is being hosted by National Banking Institute (NBI) on Tuesday.

The executive director of the ICICI Bank, India´s second largest bank in India in terms of assets and market capitalization, is scheduled to speak on range of issues including leadership development, succession management, building a supply chain for bank´s human resources requirement, among other issues.

Ramkumar has also worked with companies like Hindustan Aeronautics, Brooke Bond Lipton India Limited (now Hindustan Unilever Limited) and ICI India Ltd, focusing on human resources management and manufacturing.

Ram Kumar is credited with architecting ICICI Banks HR and talent management pool, a statement issued by NBI said.
