ICAN to Launch First Campus Placement Program for New Chartered Accountants

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) is set to organize its first-ever Campus Placement Program on 20 March 2026 to support newly qualified Chartered Accountants in starting their professional careers and to meet the country’s growing demand for skilled finance professionals.

The initiative will bring together banks and financial institutions, insurance companies, corporate and manufacturing firms, audit and advisory organizations, development agencies, startups, and FinTech companies on a single platform to recruit fresh ICAN-qualified CAs. Through interviews and direct interaction, participants will be connected with potential employers.

ICAN states that the program reflects its commitment to strengthening career pathways for new professionals while helping organizations source competent, ethical, and well-trained accounting and finance talent in Nepal.
