Human Resource Society Nepal Successfully Hosts 13th National Human Resource Conference

The Human Resource Society Nepal (HRSN) successfully held its 13th National Human Resource Conference at the Everest Hotel in Kathmandu, focusing on "Human-centered leadership ahead of technology and organization."

Approximately 200 HR experts from across Nepal participated, with Mr. Tekraj Sharma, HRSN President, presiding over the event and Minister of Labour, Employment, and Social Security, Mr. Sharad Singh Bhandari, serving as the chief guest.

The conference featured sessions with national speakers and a panel of prominent business leaders discussing the importance of a human-centered leadership approach.

HRSN also launched its first news magazine during the event. As a non-profit organization, HRSN advocates for best HR practices and conducts various programs in collaboration with the government to support Nepali workers.
