How much dividend did Shivam Cements declare for FY 2076/77?

Shivam Cements Limited (SHIVM) has declared the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. 

The 80th meeting of the board of directors held on Ashwin 28 has decided to distribute a 24.21% dividend as a cash dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. This amounts to a little over Rs. 1.06 Arba. In the previous fiscal year 2075/76, SHIVM had distributed a 15.78% cash dividend to its shareholders. 

The proposed dividend has to be approved and endorsed by the upcoming AGM. 

As of writing, SHIVM's last trading closing price is Rs. 756 per share. Given that the cash dividend is distributed on the par value of Rs. 100 per share, this means that investors will get an actual return (dividend yield) of 3.2% on their investment (if we use the last closing price).
