How Many Have Applied for Public Issue of "Swet Ganga Hydropower & Construction " So Far?

Swet Ganga Hydropower & Construction Limited (SWET) opened its IPO issue to the general public from 4th Shrawan, 2079. The early closing date of this IPO issue is on 8th Shrawan. If it is not fully subscribed the issue will be extended up till Shrawan 18, 2079.
The company is issuing 23,89,500 units of ordinary shares worth Rs. 23.89 crores at par value of Rs. 100. 5% of the total issue i.e 1,19,475 unit shares have been set aside for mutual funds and the remaining 22,70,025 shares are purely for the individual public. Thus, the paid-up capital of the company after the IPO allotment would be Rs 1.59 arba. The promoter public share ratio stands 70 : 30.
According to the CDSC, 6,19,769 applicants have applied for total of 72,35,170 units worth Rs. 72.35 crores. This is the data as of 10 AM this morning. Thus, the issue is already oversubscribed 3.18 times so far.
Sanima Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance. Applications can be placed for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 10,000 units.
CARE Ratings Nepal Limited (CRNL) has assigned an issuer rating of ‘CARE-NP BB (IS)’ to Swet Ganga Hydropower & Construction Limited (SWET). Issuers with this rating are considered to offer moderate risk of default regarding timely servicing of financial obligations in Nepal.
