Himalayan Securities Holds 5th AGM, Declares 8% Dividend

Himalayan Securities Limited conducted its 5th Annual General Meeting on 25th September 2025 at its Kamaladi office, Kathmandu. The AGM approved the Board’s report, financial statements for FY 2081/82, and declared an 8% cash dividend (including tax) for shareholders.

Additionally, M.B. Shrestha & Company was appointed as the auditor for FY 2082/83.
