Himalayan Realtors Pvt. Ltd. has officially received a license to conduct real estate transactions from the Department of Land Management and Archives under the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, Government of Nepal.

The license authorizes the company to legally facilitate property purchase and sale transactions within designated metropolitan and sub-metropolitan areas in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations.
