Himalayan Power Partner to convene AGM on Poush 29; Dividends missing from the agendas

Himalayan Power Partner Limited (HPPL) will be convening its 6th AGM on Poush 29, 2075. The AGM will be convened in the premises of Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The agendas of the meeting include endorsement of audited financial statement for the FY 2074/75 and appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76.
For the purpose of the AGM, the shareholders register book of the company will remain closed on Poush 12 and Poush 13 i.e. the shareholders holding the shares of the company till Poush 11 will be able to participate in the AGM.
The company has not mentioned any dividends in the AGM notice, so the shareholders will not be receiving dividends for the FY 2074/75.
