Himalayan General Insurance to convene its 25th AGM on Ashwin 6; to elect 5 directors including 2 directors from public shareholders

Himalayan General Insurance Company Limited (HGI) will be convening its 25^th AGM on Ashwin 6, 2076. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Karki Banquet, Babarmahal, Kathmandu at 11:30 AM.

The main agendas of the meeting include

1. To elect 5 new BOD members representing 3 from promoter shareholders group and 2 from ordinary shareholders group.
2. Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2074/75, appointment of statutory auditor for FY 2075/76.

For this purpose, the books of the company will remain closed form Bhadra 17, 2076. Investors holding shares of the company till Bhadra 16, 2076 will be eligible to attend the upcoming AGM of the company.

HGI hasn't proposed any bonus or cash dividend for this year.
