Himalayan General Insurance 21st AGM on Chaitra 29

Himalayan General Insurance (HGI) is holding its 21st Annual General Meeting on Chaitra 29 and has announced the Book Closure from Chaitra 11 to Chaitra 29. The AGM will be held at Trade Tower, Thapathali at 1:00 PM.
The AGM is expected to endorsing 7% bonus shares and 3.25% cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71. The other agenda of AGM also includes Financial Highlights of 2071/72 and appointment of auditor.
Himalayan General Insurance Company Limited has posted a net profit of Rs.36.53 in its 2nd quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72.
