Himalayan Distillery proposes cash dividend; Rs 21.05 per unit to be distributed

Himalayan Distillery Limited (HDL) has proposed cash dividend for its shareholders for the FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the company has announced Rs 21.05 per unit cash dividend for the shareholders for the FY 2074/75.
The decision is subject to approval from the upcoming AGM of the company.
The manufacturing company had distributed 21.05% cash dividend as well for the FY 2073/74 for its shareholders.
The paid up capital of the company stands Rs 38.5 crore with Rs 49.8 as retained earning of the company.
