Himalayan Bank's Strategic Move: Gongbu Branch Relocates And Kawasoti Branch-2 Shifted After Acquisition
Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) recently acquired Civil Bank, leading to the relocation of the Gongbu branch to Hattigauda, Budhanilkantha, Ward no. 8 in Kathmandu. The branch was inaugurated on the 27th of Falgun 2080 by the bank's CEO, Mr. Ashok Shamser Rana.
Additionally, the Kawasoti branch-2 in Gochhada, Ward no. 17, was shifted to Nawalpur, resuming services on Falgun 27th, 2080.
Currently, Himalayan Bank operates through a network of 174 branches, 20 extended counters, 264 ATMs, over 6,500 POS terminals, and more than 17,000 remittance payment centers across Nepal.
This expansion allows the bank to provide a wide range of banking services to its customers throughout the country.
