Himalayan Bank welcomes new chairman; Mr. Prachanda Bahadur Shrestha receives his oath from NRB Governor
Mr. Prachanda Bahadur Shrestha, the newly elected Chairman of Himalayan Bank Limited, has taken the Oath of Secrecy from Mr. Maha Prasad Adhikari, Governor, Nepal Rastra Bank.
Mr. Shrestha has taken over his responsibility as the Chairman of the Bank right after the completion of Oath. Mr. Ashoke Rana, Chief Executive Officer along with Board Members and other Executives of the Bank has warmly welcomed the Chairman.
Mr. Shrestha was elected as the Chairman of the Bank from the 411th Meeting of the Board of the Bank which was held on September 29, 2021, Wednesday.
He has been serving as the Director of the Bank to the BOD for the last 19 years.
