Himalayan Bank to hold its 22nd AGM today; 21.05% dividend to be approved

Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) is convening its 22nd annual general meeting (AGM) today. The AGM is schedule to starts at 11:30 AM at Tribhuvan Army Officer Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu.

It has already proposed 21.05 percent dividend – 15 percent bonus share and 6.05 percent cash – to its shareholders from the profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.The decision, however, is subject to the approval of Bank’s AGM.

Other agenda includes the approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71 and appointment of auditors for fiscal year 2071/72.

There is also an election for one director representing group “Ga”.

Himalayan Bank Limited offer 5 percent bonus share and 10 percent cash dividend to its shareholders previous fiscal year.
