Himalayan Bank Successfully Concludes 33rd Annual General Meeting

Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) successfully held its 33rd Annual General Meeting on Poush 30, 2082, chaired by Mr. Prachanda Bahadur Shrestha, Chairman of the Board. The AGM approved the integrated financial statements of the bank and its subsidiary companies for the fiscal year 2081/82.

Mr. Shrestha presented the Board’s annual report during the meeting. The shareholders also reappointed CA Ranjeev & Associates as the auditor for FY 2082/83 and unanimously empowered the Board to make necessary adjustments to the Board’s structure in accordance with regulatory guidelines on the bank’s capital structure.
