Himalayan Bank pledges support for ending education inequity in Nepal; provides financial support of Rs 5  lakh to Teach For Nepal

With an objective to support education sector Himalayan Bank has supported Rs. 5 lakh to Teach for Nepal. The bank has handed over check to Teach For Nepal amidst a program where CEO off the bank Mr. Ashok Shamsher Rana handed over the cheque to CEO of TFN Mr. Sishir Khanal.

Teach for Nepal has been working since last 6 years with a vision to provide equal quality education to students of government schools.

The Bank is providing banking services from 59 full-fledged branches, 121 ATM networks, 2600 card merchants and more than 13.5 remittance agents in all 7 provinces.
