Himalayan Bank organizes foundation laying ceremony at its property located at Khichapokhari, New Road

Himalayan Bank Limited has organized the foundation laying ceremony at the Bank’s property located at Khichapokhari, KMC-22, New Road, Kathmandu on Friday September 29, 2023.

During the ceremony, the special puja of foundation laying was offered by  Mr. Prachanda Bahadur Shrestha, Chairman, HBL in the presence of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, Executives and other staffs of the Bank.

The Chairman expressed his happiness as the Bank has been able to extend its services and facilities from the Bank’s own properties located at main cities of the country like Itahari, Birgunj and Bhairahawa. He added that the building at the Durbarmarg is at the final stage and shall commence its service from there at the earliest. Additionally, he shared the plan of the Bank to look for properties at Bharatpur and Nepalgunj as well in near future. 

Similarly, Mr. Ashoke SJB Rana shared that the Bank aims to serve the customers of the Bank with diversified banking services and facilities addressing everyone present in the ceremony.

Currently, the Bank has been serving its customers from 176 Branch Offices, 20 Extension Counters, 268 ATM Booths and more than 17000 remittance payment counter spread all over the country.
