Himalayan Bank increases Accidental Death Insurance Coverage limit on its Nari Bachat Khata and Special Payroll Account; coverage increases to Rs 10 Lacs from Rs 5 Lacs

Following the trend, the Bank has increased the Accidental Death Insurance Coverage limit on its Nari Bachat Khata and Special Payroll Account to      Rs. 10 Lacs from Rs. 5 Lacs.

Nari Bachat Khata is a special scheme targeted to the women. Similarly, Special Payroll Account is for the individual working in legal entity to deposit their monthly. Apart from Rs. 10 Lacs as Accidental Death Insurance Coverage in Nari Bachat Khata, the account holder can enjoy 50% discount on locker key deposit and 25% discount on various other Banking services charges.
