Himalayan Bank (HBL) proposes 20% Dividend for FY 2076/77: How much in Bonus Shares and Cash?

Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) has proposed a 20% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The 393rd meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 14 has proposed a 14% bonus shares and 6% cash dividend from the paid-up capital for the fiscal year 2076/77.

Note that the dividend will only be distributed after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.

As of writing, the LTP of the company stands at Rs. 679. Himalayan Bank Limited has reported a decline in Net Profit by 44.41% in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2077/78.
