Himalayan Bank Calls AGM With An Agenda to Issue FPO At A Premium Price

Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) has called its 31st AGM on Thursday, 29th Poush, 2080. The meeting will be held at Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, starting from 9 AM that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorse the annual report of the fiscal year 2079/80.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow statements for 2079/80
3) To elect directors from the promoter shareholding group and from the public shareholding group.
4) Appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2080/81.
5) Proposal to issue FPO of Himalayan Bank Limited at a premium price.
6) Miscellaneous.

The company is not distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2079/80.

The book closure for the AGM is on 20th Poush, 2080. Therefore, the shareholders maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
