Himalayan Bank announces AGM on Poush 9; 15% bonus and 6.05% cash in offing

Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) is going to hold its 22nd Annual General Meeting on Poush 9, 2071, which will endorse 15 percent bonus share and 6.05 percent cash dividend (including tax purpose) from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.

The bank has also announced the book closure for the same from Mangsir 10 to Poush 9.

Only those shareholders who own the shares of the bank till Mangsir 9 will be entitled to dividends offered by the bank and allowed to seat at annual general meeting.

Other agenda includes the approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71 and appointment of auditors for fiscal year 2071/72.

There is also an election for one director representing group “Ga”.

Himalayan Bank Limited offer 5 percent bonus share and 10 percent cash dividend to its shareholders previous fiscal year.
