Himalaya Urja Bikas Company Limited Calls AGM; What are the Agendas?

Himalaya Urja Bikas Company Limited has called its 20th and 21st AGM on 24th Kartik, 2078. The meeting will be held in Siddhartha Cottage Restaurant and Bar, Tinkune, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of the annual report for the fiscal year 2076/77 and 2077/78 prepared by the board of directors.
2) Endorsement of the report for the fiscal year 2076/77 and 2077/78 prepared by the auditor.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79 and approval of their compensation.
4) Misc.

Books will be closed from Kartik 09. Thus, investors maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
