HIDCL to propose 10% bonus shares and 100% right shares at 7th AGM, to be held on 30th Poush

Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company Limited (HIDCL) has published notice regarding the AGM, book closure, dividend and right shares.

The 174^th BOD meeting of the company held on 8^th Poush 2075, has proposed the following:

1. The 7^th AGM of the company will be held on 30^th Poush 2075 at Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamladi from 11 AM.
2. The book closure date for this purpose is on 17^th Poush 2075. Shareholders holding shares of the company till 16^th Poush will be eligible to attend the AGM of the company.
3. The company has proposed to distribute 10% bonus shares worth Rs.1 Arba and cash dividend worth Rs.2.10 Crore for tax purpose.
4. The company will be proposing 100% right shares.

The dividend and right decision of the company is subject to approval form the AGM.

The paid-up capital of the company is currently at Rs.10 Arba. The LTP of the company stands at Rs.152 per share.
