HIDCL propose 12% cash dividend for FY 2075/76; AGM to be held on Poush 28 and book closure on Poush 17

Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company Limited (HIDCL) has published notice regarding the AGM, book closure and dividend.

The 196^th BOD meeting of the company held on Poush 6, 2076; has proposed the following:

1. The 8^th AGM of the company will be held on Poush 28, 2076 at Tribhuvan Army Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu from 11 AM.
2. The book closure date for this purpose is on Poush 17, 2076. Shareholders holding shares of the company till Poush 16 will be eligible to attend the AGM of the company and receive dividend.
3. The company has proposed to distribute 12% cash dividend (including tax amount) worth Rs 1.32 Arba.

The dividend of the company is subject to approval form the AGM.

The paid-up capital of the company is currently at Rs 11 Arba. The LTP of the company stands at Rs 131 per share and its dividend yield is 9.16%. The company is yet to issue 100% right share of worth Rs 11 arba which was endorsed from its 7th AGM last year.
