HBL to distribute bonus share and cash dividend warrants from Poush 13

Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) is distributing bonus share certificate and cash dividend warrants to its shareholders from Poush 13.

HBL had endorsed 15 percent bonus share and 6.0526 percent cash dividend to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.

The dividend would be distributed from its share department located in Kamladi, Kathmandu within banking transaction time.

The company has published the list stating the distribution date as per the shareholders numbers.
