Hathway Investment Nepal to come up with IPO at Rs 50 per share; floating 29.25 lakh unit shares for general public

Hathway Investment Nepal has appointed Global IME Capital to float its ordinary shares in IPO at a price of Rs 50 per share.

The investment company is floating Rs 14.62 crore worth 29.25 lakh shares to the general public.

The MoU for the same was signed between Chairman of Hathway Investment Nepal Mr. Yogeswor Sharma Dhakal and CEO of Global IME Capital Mr. Paras Mani Dhakal amid a program on Kartik 14, 2078, as per the media statement.
