Hathway Investment Nepal Limited (HATHY) has called its 17th AGM on 25th Bhadra, 2082. The meeting will be held at Amrapali Banquet, Kathmandu, starting at 10:00 a.m. that day.
The 215th meeting of the board of directors held on Bhadra 2 has proposed a 12.632% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. 12% bonus shares and 0.632% cash dividends (including tax) have been proposed. The company's existing paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1.41 Arba.
Furthermore, an agenda is to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports, and appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83. There is an agenda to elect 4 directors from the promoter shareholding group and to approve the appointment of an independent director.
