Hathway Investment Nepal Calls AGM on Ashwin 28 with Agenda to Endorse 10% Cash Dividend

Hathway Investment Nepal Limited has called its 14th AGM on 28th Ashwin, 2079. The meeting will be held in Hotel Ambassador, Lainchaur, Kathmandu, starting at 3 pm that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) To approve the 14th AGM report presented by the chairman on behalf of the board of directors.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports for FY 2078/79, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
4) Endorse 10% cash dividend from the paid-up capital as proposed by the BOD.
5) Misc.
