Hathway Investment Nepal appoints Global IME Capital as its share registrar; recently concludes IPO process of its 29.25 lakh unit ordinary shares

Hathaway Investment Nepal has appointed Global IME Capital to function as its share registrar.

The agreement for the same was signed on Ashoj 7, 2080 between the CEO of the investment company Mr. Sandeep Shah and the Acting CEO of the Merchant bank Ms. Nalina Shrestha, as per the statement. 

The investment company has Rs 150 crore as authorized capital and Rs 117 crore as issued capital where it has issued 29.25 lakh unit shares to the general public, as per the media statement.
