Hamro Bikas Bank pledges 10:7 right shares

Hamro Bikas Bank Limited has announced 10:7 right shares to the shareholders.
A meeting of the development bank’s Board of Directors has just decided to call a special Annual General Meeting soon to propose the right shares so as to shore up its paid-up capital to Rs 10.21 crore.
