Gurkhas Finance announces AGM; No Dividend for FY 2075/76

Gurkhas Finance Limited (GUFL) is organizing its 25th AGM on Kartik 5.
The AGM will be organized in Hotel Crown Emperial, Soltimode, Kathmandu. However, investors will have to attend via a virtual video conference.
No bonus shares or cash dividend will be distributed for the fiscal year 2075/76. The company isn't issuing any right shares either.
For the AGM, trading will be halted from Ashwin 18 to Kartik 05.
