Guras Life Insurance Company Limited is closing the issuance of 11.66 lakh unit rights shares today.
The rights shares of face value Rs 100 is being issued at 10:3.04 ratio.
The issue manager is NMB Capital Limited, Babar Mahal.
The life insurance company had posted a net profit of Rs.2.16 crore in the last fiscal year 2069/70.
