Guras Laghubitta to issue IPO worth Rs 2.50 crore; AGM with proposal on Kartik 17

Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha will be convening its 3^rd AGM on Kartik 17, 2075. The meeting will be convened in the premises of New Anjuli Hotel, Dhankuta at 11 AM.

The main agenda of the meeting includes issuance of 2.50 lakh unit shares as Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public. The microfinance company has targeted to increase its current issued capital of Rs 6 crore to Rs 7.75 crore.

Other agenda of the meeting includes issuance of 25% right shares from the current capid-up capital of Rs 4.20 crore.

After the issuance of the paid-up capital, the promoter shareholding will be lowered to 67.74% from the current 70% shareholding.
