Gurans Life Insurance (GLICL) Declares 7.83% Dividend for FY 2076/77

Gurans Life Insurance Company Limited (GLICL) has proposed a 7.834195% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The 189th meeting of the board of directors held on Shrawan 30 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 2,08,42,50,000. 7.442485% bonus shares worth Rs. 15.51 crores and 0.39171% cash dividend (for tax) worth Rs. 81.64 lakhs have been proposed.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by Beema Samiti and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
