Gurans Life Insurance convenes its 11th AGM; endorses 5.50% bonus shares for its shareholders

Gurans Life Insurance has convened its 11th AGM on Mangsir 10, 2078 under the leadership of its chairman.
The AGM has endorsed all the financial reports and highlights of the previous FY as well as the board’s decision to provide 5.50% bonus shares worth Rs 10.86 crore and 0.28% cash dividend worth Rs 57.19 lakh for tax purposes, as per the media statement.
