Gurans Laghubitta (GLBSL) Proposes 4.210% Dividend for FY 2078/79; How Much in Bonus Shares and Cash?

Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GLBSL) has proposed a 4.210526% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.

The 117th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 27 decided to distribute the dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 9.75 crores. 4% bonus share and 0.210526% cash dividend have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 39 lakhs, and the cash dividend is worth slightly over Rs. 2.05 lakhs.

The dividend will be distributed after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.

Last year, the company distributed a 17.796% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. As of writing, GLBSL has an LTP of Rs. 787.
