Gurans Laghubitta (GLBSL) Proposes 17.796% Dividend for FY 2077/78

Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GLBSL) has proposed a 17.796% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Ashwin 10 decided to distribute the dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 8.34 crores. 16.906% bonus share and 0.8898% cash dividend have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 1.41 crores and the cash dividend is worth slightly over Rs. 7.42 lakhs.

The dividend will be distributed after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. As of writing, GLBSL has an LTP of Rs. 1,530.
