Gurans Laghubitta convenes 4th AGM; endorses 8.01% dividend to shareholders

Gurans Laghubitta has convened its 4^th AGM on Mangsir 14, 2076 at Dhankuta under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Udaya Narayan Baral. The AGM has endorsed 8.01% dividend on the paid up capital Rs 7.75 crore for the earlier fiscal year.

The AGM has elected Mr. Om Prashad Prashain and Dr. Priyanka Katuwal into the company’s board from the public shareholders’ group.

The microfinance currently has its presence in all 14 districts of province I with 26 branches and serves more than 12K rural households.
