Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GLBSL) has proposed a 10% dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83.
The 168th meeting of the board of directors, held on Ashwin 02, decided to distribute the dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 13.23 crore. 9.5% bonus shares worth Rs. 1.25 crore and a 0.50% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 6,61,790.27 have been proposed.
The dividend will be distributed after approval by the Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
