Guheswori Merchant Banking & Finance to convene AGM on Poush 29; Agenda to approve 6.5% cash dividend

Guheswori Merchant Banking & Finance Limited (GMFIL) will be convening its 18th AGM on Poush 29, 2076 at Guheswori Bhawan, Harihar Bhawan, Lalitpur from 11:00 AM onwards.
The 210th Board Meeting held on Poush 06, 2076 has decided on the following agendas for the meeting:
- Approval of the annual report for 2075/76 of the BOD.
- Approval of the audited financial statements for the year 2075/76.
- Appointment of the auditor for 2076/77 and determination of the remuneration.
- Approval of 6.5% cash dividend worth Rs 5.20 crore without the tax amount. Shareholders will have to pay the tax by themselves.
The book closure is on Poush 22, 2076. Therefore, shareholders maintained on Poush 21, 2076 will be eligible to participate in AGM and claim dividend.
