Guheswori Merchant Banking and Finance to distribute cash dividend from Magh 5; urges shareholders to dematerialize their holdings

Guheswori Merchant Banking and Finance Limited (GMFIL) is distributing cash dividend directly to the bank accounts of the shareholders.
In the 18th AGM of the company, held on Poush 29, 2076; distribution of 6.50% cash dividend was endorsed. The company will begin distribution of dividend from Magh 5, 2076 i.e. Sunday in chronological order.
For this purpose, the company has urged its shareholders to dematerialize their holdings and link their bank accounts with their demat accounts.
