Guheswori Merchant announces book closure date for upcoming AGM; Book to remain closed from Kartik 09 till Kartik 16

Guheswori Merchant Banking and Finance Limited (GMFIL) has announced book closure date for the 17th AGM to be convened on Kartik 16, 2075.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the finance company’s shareholders register book will remain closed from Kartik 09 till Kartik 16, 2075 i.e. the shareholders holding shares till Kartik 8 will be eligible to participate in the AGM.
The finance company has announced 5.25% cash dividend worth Rs 4,21,05,600 for its shareholders including cash for tax purpose for the FY 2074/75.
Its LTP stood at Rs 130 as on Ashoj 22, 2075.
