Guardian Micro-Life Insurance Appoints Himalayan Investment Banker as Share Registrar

Guardian Micro-Life Insurance Limited has appointed Himalayan Investment Banker Limited as its Registrar to Share (RTS).

With this agreement, the investment firm based in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, will handle all share-related record management tasks, including filing, transferring, cancelling, and updating shareholder information.

The official agreement was signed on Tuesday at the registered office of Guardian Micro-Life Insurance in Biratnagar, Morang, by Sumer Shumsher JB Rana, CEO of Himalayan Investment Banker, and Chirayu Bhandari, CEO of Guardian Micro-Life Insurance.
