Greenedi Energy Appoints Prabhu Capital as IPO Issue Manager

Greenedi Energy Limited has appointed Prabhu Capital Limited as the share issue and sales manager to proceed with its Initial Public Offering (IPO). The agreement was signed on Mangsir 1, 2082, by Chairman Yuresh Man Kayastha and Prabhu Capital’s Managing Director Ashish Gauchan. The company plans to issue 30% of its issued capital to project-affected locals and the general public.

Greenedi Energy has already completed the construction of the Idi Khola Hydropower Project in Kaski and has been generating commercial electricity since Baishakh 08. The project is backed by experts experienced in banking, hydropower, insurance, and the capital market, and is built under a Q-65 hydrology model. The company also aims to expand investments into hydropower, solar, and other green energy projects in the future.
