Green Development Bank’s shareholders register book to remain closed from Bhadra 22; 5th AGM to be convened on Ashoj 08

Green Development Bank Limited (GRDBL) has announced book closure date following its 5th AGM.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the development bank’s shareholders register book will remain closed from Bhadra 22 till Ashoj 08, 2075. The shareholders holding the shares of the company till Bhadra 21 will be eligible to participate in the upcoming AGM.
The 5th AGM of the bank will be convened on Ashoj 08, 2075 for the FY 2073/74.
The development bank registred a profit of Rs 83.30 lakh in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2074/75.
