Green Development Bank convenes its 8th AGM; endorses proposal of 3.8% bonus shares and 0.20% cash dividend to shareholders

Green Development Bank has virtually convened its 8th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under its chairman leadership on Chaitra 28, 2077.
The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 3.8% bonus shares and 0.20% cash dividend to the shareholders.
The AGM also elected Mr. Prakash Kumar Shrestha and Mr. Biswo Mohan Adhikari as new BoDs from the public shareholder group, as per the media statement.
