Grameen Bikas Laghubitta to convene AGM on Magh 12; Book closes on Poush 26

Grameen Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GBLBS) will be convening its 4^th AGM on Magh 12, 2075. The meeting will be convened in the premises of The Durbar Lawn Pvt. Ltd. Yogikuti, Rupandehi at 11:30 AM.

The agendas of the meeting include:

1. Endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2074/75
2. Appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76
3. Appointment of independent director and director from ordinary shareholders.

For the purpose of the meeting, the shareholders register book will remain closed from Poush 26 till Magh 12, i.e. the shareholders holding the shares of the company till Poush 25 will be able to participate in the AGM.
