The AGM will be held on Ashad 14, 2083 at Siddhartha Cottage Restaurant, Milan Chowk, Butwal, in both physical and virtual (Zoom) formats.
The meeting will endorse the annual report and audited financial statements for FY 2081/82, appoint an auditor for FY 2082/83, and elect directors representing founder and public shareholders. A special proposal has also been included to authorize the board of directors to proceed with merger and acquisition (M&A) activities with other microfinance institutions, including forming a merger committee, signing MoUs, conducting due diligence audits, and obtaining regulatory approvals from Nepal Rastra Bank.
Jestha 22 is the book closure date. Thus, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to attend the AGM.
