Govt attracting more investment: Fin Min
KATHMANDU:
Minister for Finance, Ram Sharan Mahat, said the government is working to attract more investments in Nepal.
Inaugurating the fifth national conference on microbiology in the Capital on Saturday, Mahat said development activities are continued in this transitional phase despite the government’s focus on constitution writing.
Appreciating the nation’s geography for diversity, the Minister said Nepal can earn a lot from tourism and agriculture.
He added that the government has emphasised employment promotion in this year’s budget.
During his address, the Minister had also talked about other sectors that can lead Nepal toward economic prosperity.
